Sports App Not working properly
Xfinity, when are you going to fix the sports app? No longer shows "my list" with preferred teams, a large pop up every time the app is open telling me that I can get close game alerts - I have clicked "got it" every single time, and it persists. Whatever you did to mess this up, please fix it - paying way too much money for a service that screws up what was working. Really is time to look at Verizon - I've been a customer for 30 years - just about done with this company.

@kmp42 We would hate to lose you as a customer, especially for something we know we can fix. We're currently working on resolving the issue when adding your favorite team to your list. This may be what's causing you to have access to list. I want to make sure you're able to access the My List feature. Are you noticing issues through a cable box? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

When I go to Settings I get a pop-up encouraging me to follow my teams. I've had my teams set for years. I select one of my teams and the "Add to your list" option is set to "No". Again, I've had that set to "Yes" for years. When I change it to "Yes" and select Confirm I get a pop-up that says. "Something isn't right-Looks like we've run into a problem-try again."

I have the same issue
It seems there was some change to the Xfinity Sports Zone App, that have caused me the following issues. Since that time, I hit the C button and My List no longer appears on the menu across the top. When I go to settings, I now get a box Saying "Follow Your Teams", I hit Get Started and under Your Teams, all my previously saved teams are still there. I select any of them and I see add to your list says No, which explains why My List isn't displayed on the menu. Problem is when I change it to Yes and then confirm, I get the message "Something isn't right, Looks like we've run into a problem - try again. Game are still recorded, notifications sent, I just can't change the one setting.
This is happening on all 3 boxes. I have power cycled all of them, to no avail. I did a system refresh and that didn't help either. I even tried clearing the cache and nope. I did chat with a rep and he resent a signal, that didn't clear things up. He suggested replacing the boxes,but I don't think that's the issue. Too wierd all 3 would go bad at once. Anyone have any other suggestions, it would greatly be appreciated.
