Sports App Not working properly

Xfinity, when are you going to fix the sports app?  No longer shows "my list" with preferred teams, a large pop up every time the app is open telling me that I can get close game alerts - I have clicked "got it" every single time, and it persists.  Whatever you did to mess this up, please fix it - paying way too much money for a service that screws up what was working.  Really is time to look at Verizon - I've been a customer for 30 years - just about done with this company.

@westwayneguy88888, sorry for that oversight, the apps on X1 are not able to be uninstalled/reinstalled.

@kmp42 We would hate to lose you as a customer, especially for something we know we can fix. We're currently working on resolving the issue when adding your favorite team to your list. This may be what's causing you to have access to list. I want to make sure you're able to access the My List feature. Are you noticing issues through a cable box? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I have the same issues on the app on cable box, the one accessible when pressing the “C” button. The “Got it” seems to have disappeared but my list is still gone and I get the same “oops, something went wrong on our end” and can’t add the teams I have followed for years.

@XfinityRaul​ this is not a single customer issue - it is a widespread problem.  Please look into it from your end, I am sure you will be able to duplicate it without frustrating the customer by walking through tons of useless troubleshooting steps.  “My List” has disappeared for many customers, going on several days now.

@XfinityRaul​ as you can see from the responses from others, this is not a one customer issue - My List on the sports app is no longer available - I refuse to get on the phone or go through a list of troubleshooting steps.  I pay for the service, I expect it it work.  I also know updates to the service may cause bugs and issues, when this happens, I expect Xfinity to do their own research and troubleshooting.  I'm an IT professional and I know this is nothing I can fix on my own.

I have noticed that the large pop-up box is no longer showing up (after multiple times of clicking the "Got It" option, it finally stopped today).  However, I still can't get the My List option to show up when I hit the c button.  I will try again tomorrow and will re-boot my X1 box.

We do not currently have an estimated time when this issue will be resolved. However, we are hoping to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

When I go to Settings I get a pop-up encouraging me to follow my teams. I've had my teams set for years. I select one of my teams and the "Add to your list" option is set to "No". Again, I've had that set to "Yes" for years. When I change it to "Yes" and select Confirm I get a pop-up that says. "Something isn't right-Looks like we've run into a problem-try again."

I have the same issue

It seems there was some change to the Xfinity Sports Zone App, that have caused me the following issues.  Since that time, I hit the C button and My List no longer appears on the menu across the top.  When I go to settings, I now get a box Saying "Follow Your Teams", I hit Get Started and under Your Teams, all my previously saved teams are still there.  I select any of them and I see add to your list says No, which explains why My List isn't displayed on the menu.  Problem is when I change it to Yes and then confirm, I get the message  "Something isn't right, Looks like we've run into a problem - try again. Game are still recorded, notifications sent, I just can't change the one setting.

This is happening on all 3 boxes.  I have power cycled all of them, to no avail.  I did a system refresh and that didn't help either.  I even tried clearing the cache and nope.  I did chat with a rep and he resent a signal, that didn't clear things up.  He suggested replacing the boxes,but I don't think that's the issue.  Too wierd all 3 would go bad at once.  Anyone have any other suggestions, it would greatly be appreciated.

There is a known issue with adding teams where you will encounter a "Something isn't right" error message.
