Favorite Channels Gone - Xfinity Login Page "Not Found"

This happened before a little over a year ago and I had to go and reselect each and every individual channel to "re-favorite" them all over... such a pain in the rear.

I only use the Xfinity Stream App on my PC to watch TV and each channel has a little "star" next to it to click on to add to my favorites.

But within the last 48 hours, ALL those Favorites have disappeared.   I decided to try to log out and log back in but guess what....

Logging out results in a DNS Error "Site not Found" message... while logging in; results in a "Page Not Found" error saying "oauth.xfinity.com redirected you too many times"

Wow...

You would think the one of the worlds largest Internet companies would know how to run their own Website... this is embarrassing.

I had to use Google to find this forum, cause I cant seem to log in anymore since Xfinity seems to have lost their login web page...

Though oddly, I seemed to be able to login to these Forums without issue... I just can't login to the rest of their website.

Actually Google first directed me to the following:

https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/favorite-channels-missing/61bb9f73f069681686038ca2

https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/favorite-channels-disappeared/635da6c992a15b227c2741c3

https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/favorites-disappeared-from-x1-box/6216653e75582e541faa9daa

All previous discussions on the same problem with the missing favorites, that Xfinity claims to have already fix?

Oh I'm getting the following as well, when attempting to login...

"idm.xfinity.com redirected you too many times."

Hello @cjc-75! Sounds like you might need an account refresh to fix that log in error.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
