Favorites disappeared from X1 box

Suddenly, my channel favorites have disappeared. This happened once before back in December. They still show up on the Xfinity Stream app and Xfinity Remote app on my phone. Last time, I recreated it, but this time, I'm hoping it's just a temporary glitch that will fix itself. I did make a list of all my favorites in the event I have to recreate them again.

Can add that rebooting the box does not fix it. Also, the regular favorites (movies, people) is also gone. I never recreated that last time, but it came back on it's own. So again, I'm hoping this is just some temporary glitch.

Ugh... same deal. Restarting the box did not fix. All gone from Stream as well. Time to seriously consider a different provider for internet/streaming package, while saving some coin in the process.

Hi everyone. Thanks for making us aware about what's going on with your favorites. In the past, we have been able to fix this with sending a certain signal to the equipment called an account refresh. It may or may not fix it in this case, but for now, can you all please confirm which model of cable equipment you have that you're experiencing this on?

Same issue here as well.

Lost my Prime Video favs last night.  Hoped they’d be back today only to find ALL favorites have completely vanished.

Refresh did not remedy.  Re-added a few series only to see those episodes I had marked “watched” are all now unwatched.

@Michael71 Thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity Forums. We’re aware of an issue that was affecting some customers’ Xfinity X1 TV service. Customers may have been experiencing missing guide data, favorites and/or last watched items. They may also have been unable to tune to a channel using the guide. Are you seeing this issue with Amazon Prime Favorites or on the X1 guide?

Just today I turned on the TV and favorites gone.  It took months to build that list.  The support chat person was completely useless although they did want me to be happy, mOr0ns.

I don't expect some sort of magical re-appearance of my list.  I am with a lot of the rest of you, had it with xfinity TV flakiness.  I intend to take a serious look at the streaming options.  Guess I still need xfinity internet but will look for something different if that gets flaky.
