WHY IS COMCAST CHANGING TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES TO SPORTS PACKAGE IN OCTOBER?
I just received a notice from Comcast that they are removing TCM, Turner Classic Movies, from all current packages and moving it to the SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE? What possible logic is there to that brilliant change? TCM is widely viewed by many Comcast subscribers on their regular packages--NOT

I had the same problem. I believe episodes of "People Magazine Investigates" played instead. I was able to watch episodes 3 & 4 by going to https://www.investigationdiscovery.com/ & connecting my laptop to my TV.

I’m trying to watch episode 3 of the Curious Case of Natalia Grace The Final Chapter but it’s instead playing some random ID channel show about a serial killer. this is very frustrating as the first two episodes also had playback issues. I’m paying MORE for this service and get the quality is LESS.

I have the same problem. This is an issue that has gone on for a month and there is according to Xfinity CS there is only one model to fix it. I need it tomorrow and the stores have no phone numbers. Xfinity says they can't check stock or give store

Yes it broadcasts in russian language, but it'a based in NJ-NY, owned, produced and ran by US Jewish citizens and targets Jewish audience (emigrants from former USSR). It has no relations what so ever with russian government or its "affiliates".
