Issue with Xfinity Mobile Honoring Promotion

I have received no less than four email promotions at xfinity@emails.xfinity.com for an xfinity mobile line for a year included with my internet service as a previous ACP customer. With this in mind, I contacted both the xfinity store as well as customer reps, who promised me that the promotion was valid. I signed up for the service, but the promotion never applied. Called into customer service and had a support ticket made for the promotion to be added. Called again 2 weeks later when the promotion still has not been added only to find out that the ticket was never made and that the promotion never existed. Tried to email the promotion or send pictures of the email, but apparently, there’s no way for xfinity to receive emails or pictures? Was promised a callback with a supervisor who could help on 2 separate occasions and they never called back. I ended up porting out the line this month because it has been ridiculous how little the customer reps cared and they had no issues with transferring me over to different departments who were also not able to help. 

Now, I currently have the previous month’s bill with the full charges and need assistance clearing the costs as stated in the email promotion, or I’ll likely have to make a credit card dispute as my last resort. I’ve been on the line with no less than 8 different customer reps who have not been able to help, so hoping this time is different.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I'm having the same problem it's like an episode of the twilight zone because of what was offered to us with the promo and they didn't honer it legal action can be taken save all your transcripts and anything else we need  more people to come forward with the same issue and we can work together to solve this problem I'm tired of being taken advantage of by this company and then not following up with there commitment, the customer service sucks and takes forever but did you ever notice when you make a payment it goes right through with no problem that's all they care about

Well, it seems they are pulling these deceptive practices a little too frequently these days. I, too, have been subjected to the similar [Edited: "Abbreviated Language"] but with my internet package instead of the phones. 

Tossed around, 1 hour+ length phone calls, supposed escalations, and absolutely zero resolution..
