Internet Promotion

Well, it seems they are pulling these deceptive practices a little too frequently these days. I, too, have been subjected to the similar [Edited: "Abbreviated Language"] but with my internet package instead of the phones.

Tossed around, 1 hour+ length phone calls, supposed escalations, and absolutely zero resolution..

Our team is happy to look into things further with you, we just need a few more details if you're willing to share :)

No, nothing to do with the plan builder/promos on my side.

Your agents provided false and misleading information throughout a phone conversation when I called about my bill jumping up from $80 to $150 just for internet on its own.

I was promised the 2 GB plan at $80–$85 per month (depending on the autopay option) with free Xfi equipment and unlimited data.

Instead, she downgraded my plan, and no agent has honored those promises since.

I did speak with an escalation specialist, and she did assist with getting things lowered for the 2 GB plan and added credits, but it was not as originally promised.

Being that this is an ongoing experience for multiple users, Comcast/Xfinity should be more aware and attentive, as this will set your company up for substantial litigation.

The more users your agents lie to and con, the more the burden will be coming in the next major case made against you as a company.

Once my utility provider goes up to 1.5–2 Gig speeds, you'll be losing another customer to cable cutting.

Kudos to Xfinity for showing us that greed takes precedence over your customer base!
