Recorded shows

I have three DVR TV boxes right now from Xfinity. They are synced and you can watch any of the recorded shows from any of the TV's.

The main box is old and is going to be exchanged for a newer one.

Is there ANY way to keep the recordings since they are synced on the other two boxes?

One more thing, I found out I have cloud so my recordings show up on the Xfinity stream app, but won't they disappear once I disconnect the main box?

No, you will continue to have access to your Cloud DVR as long as your services remain the same in the billing system. Does this help to clarify?

That's right! Once you get the new box, there is an option in the settings menu to sync your DVR.

to get this done, navigate to Settings on your X1 TV Box by pressing the Xfinity button on your remote and selecting the gear icon. Then, go to Device Settings and select Sync DVR.
