non X1 hd channels not coming in as hd

The non-X1 HD channels are not coming in as HD, they are only SD. However, On Demand HD shows and movies are in HD.

What you see is correct!

Non-X1 channels transmit only SD (420p). Most movies are either 1080P, or 720p. ON DEMAND can transmit 720p signal.
