DVR RNG200N lost season and episode info and description of programs saved before June 1, 2021. Only shows title, date recorded and program length.

Just got an email to mark this as an accepted answer. Comcast tech comes tomorrow. Problem still exists. Will get back to you if problem is resolved. Other issue was the favorites list on all 3 DVRs changed to channels that I did not program in and dropped some that I did. I locked the favorites lists and it still happens. Comcast has no clue how this happens. 3 DVRs with same issues at the same time.
