Voicemail - 404 Error

Getting blank page and nothing loads when trying to access voicemail (connect.xfinity.com/voice/) via various desktop browsers (opera, firefox, chrome).  Getting error '404 page not found' when trying to access voicemail via Xfinity app.  I tried accessing voicemail after successfully logging in to Xfinity via desktop browser and mobile app.

Glad it’s not only me this is happening too! All day can’t get voicemail or setting etc. Sure hope they are not doing away with it like everything else!!

Hello @user_4f6ykw Sorry to hear the that you cannot access the Voice features online. This is currently a known issue that is being worked on by our network engineers. We are awaiting more updates on when it is resolved. But we are not getting rid of it.

Since this issue has been ongoing for some days, what DISCOUNT do paid Xfinity subscribers get for the outages? Certainly NOT full service for what we paid.

Same issue.  I even rebooted my modem and cleared the cache from the Xfinity app.  Still unable to access voicemail.

Hello, @user_afheun thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the Xfinity Voice feature site, there is a know issue that our engineer experts are working as quickly as possible to fix. I'll make sure to follow along, and keep you in the loop when there is an update. 

In the meantime, I did see other users on post mentioning that Edge browser with incognito window is working to use the website. Some of my great coworkers also provided: You should be able to access your Voicemail on your device. Yes still not working as of 5pm. It’s been well over 24 hours they need to fix it soon!! This is ridiculous esp with no response from them either!

Hello @user_61ab5c This is currently a known issue that our network engineers are working on a fix.. We don't currently have an estimated time. But we are continuing to monitor and will update this thread when we get more information.

Here is their response.  Thanks for letting us know. Our team will work on it and keep the conversation active. As soon as we have more updates from our dedicated team, we will get back to you on this and follow up later to ensure it can be fixed. Talked to corporate technical and they are aware of problem and working on website access of VM connect. Many people are traveling and need remote connection. Ticket # SI06905
