As of june 15th, all non x1 TV boxes will no longer have the ability for caller ID to TV. In order to enjoy this feature you must upgrade your boxes to our X1 platform.

I posted about this 2 months ago, Comcast sent an email about it. Now all 3 of my legacy (non X1) boxes lost the on-screen Caller ID. I have had this since 1996 with every box model that I've had. Now it's only on X1 boxes. Another way for Comcast to force customers to use X1 even if they don't want it.
