Peacock Premium Rewards

Peacock Premium is supposed to available to Diamond Rewards members today. I am not seeing it in the rewards page.

Hello user_71c437, thank you for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Community Forums support page. I appreciate you showing interested in our NBC Universals Peacock streaming service. 

 

As you are aware, Peacock Premium will no longer be included for new and existing Xfinity video and Flex customers. Beginning June 26, existing customers will lose access to Peacock Premium. Existing Peacock Premium subscribers will need to resubscribe via their X1 or Flex set-top box.

 

Starting on June 26th, Peacock Premium offers will be available for Xfinity Gigabit+ Internet and select Xfinity Rewards customers (Platinum/Diamond). Offers will not be provided until then. You can review our Xfinity Rewards program by visiting our Xfinity Rewards – FAQs support page.

@XfinitcyKrista​ Today is June 26th and there are no offers showing up.  I am both a Xfinity Gigabit customer AND Platinum rewards member.  I have not received an offer for either.  Please advise how to obtain the free Peacock Premium as promised.

I'm also eligible for the free Peacock offer but the offer isn't showing up in Rewards nor have I got any email with free Peacock offer. Now what?

@Robenc We’re aware some customers are having difficulty activating their Peacock account. If you’re not seeing an activation banner on xfinity.com/account, please go to Xfinity Assistant and select Sign In. The activation banner should appear at the top of the chat and should work once you click it. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for being an Xfinity customer.

Our team is working to get the option available to all customers to redeem the reward, and  they are hoping to have it fully resolved by later today. Please keep checking back periodically for the option to redeem the reward to be available.

I am also a diamond member and the peacock premium is not showing up on my rewards page either.  I chatted with xfinity for about an hour and never got it resolved.

There appears to be a known issue with the Peacock Reward not showing as available on the reward's activity page for Platinum and Diamond members yet. But we are aware of it and working towards a resolution. It looks like there was a delay in the processing of the offer in our main system, but our engineers expect it to be available later this afternoon. I'd be happy to follow up with you later to check on it. Would that be okay?

Same issue. I have gigabyte internet but nowhere can I link this to peacock? Chatted with a representative who didn't know how to help.

No action is required if you’ve previously linked your Peacock accounts with your X1 or Flex service.

We are aware of the issues with using the Rewards site and will have a solution in place shortly for Diamond/Platinum members.

yes I've had Peacock linked, that is how I've had the Peacock Premium at no additional cost for as long as I've had it and it's always worked fine. But this morning the content that I was watching was no longer available when I got a message that I need Premium

I’m having the same problem. I have gigabit and platinum rewards. The solution to “activate Peacock” on your account doesn’t work either. And there’s been no resolution to the rewards issue. Just a continuous “sometime later today”.

Greetings,

Customer service was not familiar with free Peacock with Gigabit service when I called today at 2PM.

However, neither the diamond rewards not Gigabit option showed up on my account. I have both.

So, a general communication to the users expecting to continue with Peacock for free as advertised would be appreciated.

Doesn't seem like Comcast gave a lot of thought to how they were going to implement the change after June 26th.

Our Engineers are working to get this out to all of you as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience. I agree that this seems to be a hiccup in the process and assure you we are working around the clock to get this working. This link is the FAQ for the Peacock changes and shows the process to continue Peacock depending on what you are subscribed to or your Rewards level. We will continue to watch the work and be in touch.
