Get a printable list of channels for Popular TV package

For 60619 zip code I need a printable list containing only the Popular TV package channels. This list would contains channel number and channel name. How can I get this?

My question was not answered. The link provided ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup ) does not provide me a list of only the channels in my Popular TV package. This link lists every possible channel. There is not an option to limit the list to only the channels in my Popular TV package.

Is that link going to do what the OP wants? When I bring it up that link it lists every single channel on the local system whether I subscribe to it or not, and does not provide a way to filter to any particular package. That's not going to be very helpful, is it?

user_979d7e Can you try this LINK instead? You need to sign in with your Xfinity ID, and you will see a section that shows each lineup with the specific channels it includes. You also have an option to select View My Channels. It should look like this:

Hello and thank you but this does not solve the problem because 1) there are no channel numbers and 2) it still lists every possible channel.

I'd like to be able to give an older person that just wants to watch Jeopardy, and they know it comes on ABC, a piece of paper so they can find the channel. Something like this: https://www.astound.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Astound-RCN-Channel-Lineup-Chi-7.18.23.pdf

They cannot successfully navigate a website with no channel numbers.

Unfortunately, this list would contain all of the channels available which would be challenging for an older person. Imagine seeing multiple HBO channels you do not have making it difficult to find the ones you do have

"A channel lineup is a hard copy of the Xfinity channel lineup for your service area. These documents contain all channels available in your area, not just the ones included in your service package, and are displayed in three columns: Channel Number, Network and Call Letters. Channels are listed sequentially."

I’ve just spent HOURS trying to fine my channel lineup. No success

I tried calling xfinity. So very frustrating that I could not reach a person. Terrible customer service!!

I have not ever put the cable to my house yet and I am completely disgusted with Xfinity. COULD NOT FIND A SIMPLE POPULAR TV PLAN PRINTOUT AFYER 1 HOUR LOOKING!!!

AND WE BOUGHT AN $85 1 GIG PLAN ONLINE - 5 DAYS LATER A COMCAST REP KNOCKED ON DOOR WITH EXACT SAME THING FOR $65 / MONTH!!!

IN PLAY NOW TO JUST DROP THIS AND KEEP MY LOCAL COMPANY. 24/7 IMMEDIATE PHONE SUPPORT EVERY TIME !!!
