Furious!!!!! I was lied to by agent! I was PROMISED I would not loose anymore Chanel's if I updated

Why was ID and WE taken away after I was PROMISED I WOULD NOT LOOSE ANY CHANNELS??!!! If I can not get ID back I will cancel my cable!

If you had read my warning found posted at top section of this forum; you could have avoided this problem. The error in their coding of the billing system was never been solved. It's currently impossible for any employee to revert back to these "grandfathered" channels. Did you have these channels before the change? If not, the channels may not be availible in your service area.

Halfway down page 5 of the "Channels and Programming" topic list (as of today) with the other topics from 12-14-2019 is hardly "at top section of this forum" (see https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Channels-and-Programming/bd-p/CTV_Channel_Prog/page/5).

We were all promised certain channels and as soon as we made changes to our lineup, or signed up for TV service, those very important channels disappeared or never showed up.
