My daughter needed a phone asap. I got her a 15pro for $1k. I get the phone on 9/9 and the new iPhone 16 cost & $800 on 9/13. Can I return the 15 pro and get the 16 with minimum issues?

If you haven't received the phone yet you could possible cancel, however the iPhone 16 is PREORDERS on the 13ths, you still wouldn't have the phone until the following friday at the earliest IF you get a preorder in on time.

This is a scam, they are holding this back to see how many people will be desperate enough to just pay instead of getting their free service.

Xfinity how have you guys not figured out an issue like this in over a week now?

@acesbrew​ Sadly you did exactly what they wanted you to do.  I honestly feel at this point they are doing this on purpose to see how many people will just bite the bullet and pay them.

Seems like you guys are holding this up on purpose to see how many people will just buckle down and pay for it instead of waiting for the promotions you are offering us.
