Does Flex require a separate box than the regular cable box?
Xfinity sure doesn't explain things well. At first, I thought Flex and HBO Max were the same thing when I saw an icon for the latter and it took me to a page talking about the former! And i got nowhere with the online chat agent.
All Flex looks like is what I get when I first click "Xfinity" on my cable box's remote and then navigate to "Apps"!
Somebody please set me straight! 🙂
