My startup screen says 

 

                                                       WELCOME

     Connecting to your entertainment experience

 

                               0      0     0

 

This screen never changes.  Never happened before.  What do I do to get to video.?

Audio works fine, just no picture

Did you call the activation phone number given with the setup kit?  Calling works better than activating on the Internet site. They will walk you through set-up and can trouble shoot what is happening.

 

Try unplugging the cable-box, plug back in, and wait about 15 minutes before turning it on again.
