Samsung TV has is of a sudden displaying Popup banner as bottom of the screen advertising a new series TV. How do I get rid of it. I am assuming this is SET related not Cable box related. Samsung is no help.

How did you you find that it is set for 'Store Display'? Usually, that would be found in a TV 'settings' menu where it could be toggled on/off. Does the TV have any control buttons on its frame?
In searching on the Samsung site for the model (not found) a close model numbers' manual has this:
To return the unit’s settings from Store Demo to Home Use (standard): Press the volume button on the TV. When you see the volume in the OSD, press and hold MENU for 5 sec
Yes, It is set for store display. The TV says its 10 years old, I've no idea how today is got set to this setting. Weird, the banner is displaying a TV in todays 2019 stores. I just want to get rid of the banner. I have no remote, the xfinity remote is what I use for everything.
