Cable box...time froze at 12

Motorola front showing box..change channels and have to enter unlock code to shows to be announced all channels..satellite time froze at 12..yes rebooted box luck

It looks like you need a new box. The nearest service center would be my first choice for replacement. Otherwise; call: 1-800-XFINITY. Good luck.
