I have sent a message to 3 employees and recieved a single reply but no follow up on it. And I also can not see who is currently online to speak with as before.

While we can certainly understand your desire to receive assistance, we ask that you please only ever post your questions or concerns in the most appropriate public forum board. This will ensure that you get the quickest response possible and ensure any of our Official Employees can assist you instead of relying on specific employee's varying schedules.
The Xfinity Forum has always been a primarily peer to peer channel where customers can ask questions, share answers on areas they have expertise and help learn from each other. There are times where another customer may not be able to help and there is an opportunity for our Official Employees to step in, provide an answer and/or take actions to resolve an issue.
