CableCard FS2 HD Not Working
I use TIVO with cablecard for my live tv.
My subscription includes FS2 HD. For my system that is channel 1209.
Channel shows in my guide and I can stream channel online via internet.
When I tune to channel on Tivo, I receive error that channel is not available.
Seems to be only channel I can not receive properly.
Is there a solution for this issue?

Received the real answer.
In your area, FS2 HD is delivered by Xfinity only in IP (Internet Protocol) technology. IP programming can be accessed the same way as non-IP programming on our X1 devices; the only difference is the delivery method and the way this network records.
IP delivered channels are not available on Tivo devices due to technological limitations on those devices.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. I have sent some signals to your cable card that have been known to resolve this issue in many cases. Please let me know how things are now. Thanks again for your patience.

@Whoareyou1999 Thanks for letting me know.
Apologies. what do you see on channel 382? That is where the non-HD version of FS2 is located.
I have asked a cable card team member to review your account and see what's happening so that we can get this working for you. Thanks for your patience.

Hi,
@ComcastTeds
FS2 shows up in my guide on 409 (SD version), and FS2 does indeed play on that number. My guide does not have a channel 382. FYI - I also checked Tivo settings to make sure I do not have 382 disabled.
Thanks

@Whoareyou1999 got it - thanks. It appears to be something with the FS2 HD channel and not FS2 in general. That helps a lot to narrow this down.
The HD technology fee is required in order to receive HD channels. I don't see the HD technology fee currently listed on your account.
My hunch is that is the issue - which is why you get the SD channel but not the HD channel.
Also appears to be a back-office channel lineup mapping issue on our end as well that could be causing this.
Either way, our cable card team will confirm for sure and reach out to you directly on any next steps.

Thanks for the explanation (even though it's disappointing).
