Having fun most days! Kayaking and taking photos. And improving the customer experience everyday. On the national Comcast Customer Experience team in Philadelphia, PA. Over 29 fun-filled years experience in cable marketing, product management and customer experience. Over 32 years working in the television industry - production, programming, promotion, marketing/results analysis and customer experience. I am a problem solver who can see the whole picture - from the business need, the business impact and the customer experience. All need to be in proper balance and alignment. Strengths include solving problems, satisfying customers and providing business solutions.
