Youtube TV Video Freeze

I am experiencing a problem that I see is common when streaming Youtube TV.  The video occasionally freezes.  I'm wondering what could be the cause of this and if it is just something that is normal behavior.  I have plenty of bandwidth (200 mbps).  I did notice that one server in the path tends to have a high number of packet loss.  Here's a capture from "My traceroute" that shows the Comcast server at 2001:559::faa has the excessive packet loss.

The 2001:559::faa server with the large packet loss is identified as follows:

Hello @pwatbg and thank you for your post. We are not able to troubleshoot YouTube but want to make sure your internet service is working properly. Are you having any issues with your internet?

The 55% packet loss appears to be from a Comcast server.  The 2001:559::faa IPv6 address is for a Comcast machine that is in the packet routing path between my device and the Youtube TV server.  There shouldn't be 55% packet loss.  This may explain the buffer underrun issue.

Thank you so much for those details. Are you having issues with any other devices or any other apps/websites?

I use the You Tube app found on my tv. The problem can occur when the video I am watching there goes to a commercial. On return to the video, it may freeze or lose the audio. This is a You Tube problem for me since Comcast not involved.
