Xfinity app stream lagging

I am experience consistent lagging when viewing Xfinity stream on my tv via my fire stick.  I tried a fix recommended on this forum - which was the viewing preference on the setting tab.  This did not work. It keeps lagging. Any suggestions. I’m growing frustrated and ready to cancel.

I’m having the same problem or at least a similar one. The app is working on my IPad but my fire stick loads and then crashes back to the TV. I can sometimes get to a channel and sometimes it lags so badly I can’t scroll the channels.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our forums, @user_8b5fe3. This is certainly not the experience that we want you to have when trying to watch your shows through the Xfinity Stream application. Have you tried watching the Xfinity Stream program through another device to see if they also have this laggy issue? Have you had any success with watching it on your Firestick or does it seem to have issues right away?

Same problem, has always lagged behind. Real frustrating when watching sports. 30-40 seconds behind TVs with box. Would be nice to not have to pay for boxes on every tv to get stuff in real time.
