Xfinity app on Roku
The app opens and then takes me to main screen but then closes and goes back to Roku Home Screen. Deleted and reinstalled twice. Still same issue.

Xfinity Mobile app to be retired
As we continue to evaluate our product offerings and streamline how customers manage services with Xfinity, we’ve decided to retire the Xfinity Mobile app.
Xfinity Mobile app features and functionalities are now available for the Primary user on the account in the Xfinity app.
Options that allow you to manage your account, view and pay your bill, and check your data usage are now in the Xfinity app, including (but not limited to):
Download the Xfinity app today.
Some account and device management features are not available in the Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity app and require signing in to xfinity.com/mobile as the Primary user.

Had same problem last night and today. I went to systems and saw a wrong zip code was listed for me. I changed it yo my correct zip and it is working properly now.

Mine just magically started working again.....now to navigate their "transparent" pricing. Trying to drop $72 in services, and they're telling me that'll drop my monthly bill $15

Xfinity app in ILLINOIS is out too..no luck with custumer support. They told me to restart, or delete app and try again..[Edited: "Language"]..make it work Xfinity 🤷♂️ or give us money back

I have the Xfinity app on my Roku and in the last 12 hours I cannot use the app. Because when I enter the app on Roku it immediately closes after I open it. Have tried to delete the app and reload it and it continues to do the same as previously mentioned. My Internet connection is great (checked), no problems with other apps on Roku, though it seems I cannot get local programs on some of the other apps either with no error code. Please help, give suggestions, very frustrated.

Just got off the phone with Comcast … this is an issue on their end, and it’s a national issue that they are aware of and working on. Took her about 5 minutes and she reset some things, got me back up and running. They hope to have the entire system resolved soon … or you can call like so did and they’ll reconfigure your system directly.
