Old iPad 9.3.6 will not connect to Xfinity network

Old iPad will not join network but if you turn cellular on it will join thru another iPhone

@XfinityChristy this iPad does not give you that option to do that but I hard booted iPad and router with same results what is next? It works to because it was on our centurylink network for 20 years
