Ditto. It has glitched through the entire game so far, and other channels are fine. I’ve done a reset to no avail. Why does this only happen during sports?

All the major broadcast networks are affected in Seattle. I'm confident that the Chiefs will win, but wanted to see how it happens. Finally got a "sorry about the connection" message on screen from Xfinity, but no football.

Calling Xfinity Support is a wait time of 305 minutes... Just be honest with us, Comcast. Just tell us you are having difficulty. Don't tell me everything is fine and go dark on all your support channels

Agreed! All networks sound is dead and football freezes both picture and sound! Calling in leads to busy signal and chat does nothing. Xfinity should be ashamed
