Xfinity cable box - live TV Audio not synced with video

Broadcast TV audio is NOT synced with video. How do I get Broadcast TV audio synced with video???


This is not an issue when watching recorded shows.  
This is not a TV issue.  
HELP - this is annoying!

I can certainly understand how this would be frustrating and annoying to not have the audio synced with the video, especially when trying to enjoy your favorite shows. Broadcast TV audio is NOT synced with video. How do I get XFINITY TV audio synced with video???  This only occurs with Xfinity.  It does not occur with Roku, Apple TV, BluRay, or other devices 


This is not a TV issue.
