TV not responding to the remote
Started happening yesterday. I replaced the batteries, rebooted the box, was working again. Today I am having the same issue. The box turns on with the remote so it is not the batteries. I rebooted the box, could change channels, but now I can't. When I press guide nothing happens, when I press the xfinity button nothing happens.

Well...it just magically started working again. Very weird. I would still like to know how to "re" pair the remote.

Now it is somewhat working again, I was able to change channels. But I still get nothing when pressing the guide or xfinity button.

How do I do that? Hubby was the technical expert but he is no longer here.
