TV channels glitching pausing buffering

TV is messing up As I described in the subject DVR recordings not working properly Channels not working properly Stopping starting buffering.

What's up anybody else having this issue today, tonight?

The Internet seems to be working OK after doing speed test and checking other things

Yes, we had same issue across all channels. Gave up on Comcast and switched to Fubo

HDRock thank you for letting us know you are running into issues with your TV services. Are you getting any error codes or messages with these issues if you are still running into them, those would help?

@XfinityAmandaB​ Yes I was getting error codes messages That seems to have cleared up but yesterday TV and Internet service was out two different times

HDRock That is good, you are no longer running into the issues. It sounds like there may have been an interruption/known issue in your area. Sometimes interruptions only impact portions of your services. If you encounter this again, please check the Xfinity app or the Xfinity assistant to see if there is an alert. We also offer the Xfinity status center you can use to check as well.

Mine is doing it too.  Picture pixelates and pauses, audio stops and takes a while to catch up.  DVR and live TV.  Has been happening for about a week.  Trying to figure out if I need new boxes.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
