STILL issues with program reminders. Update, please?
Reminders are working on our main XG1 DVR box, but not at all on the secondary little non-DVR box. System refreshes and resets do nothing. Also, the on-screen caller ID stopped working. I assume this is a related issue? (I do have that option tuned on both of our sets.) I also noticed today that the reminder function to set a new reminder, for example has been moved, or hidden uner the "series info" option. Much harder to find. I also could not cancel a reminder. It appeared to cancel, but continued reminding every 30 minutes for a particular show. Function wasn't working. Long story short, the reminder function AND on-screen caller ID are STILL not functioning properly. I relalize that there has been a solution documented, @ComcastTeds but it has not been updated for awhile, and problems persisit. Please do not refer me to the resolution answer. I know where it is. It has not been updated in a month, so far as I can tell, and it it not resolved. Thank you.

@lauraloo88 Apologies, checking on an update now on Reminders. The Caller ID to TV item does not sound related so I asked a team to look into that and reach out to you directly.

Thank you, @ComcastTeds . I did receive a voicemail this morning, and will return the call. Another update-The on-screen Caller ID *IS* working on the main XG1 DVR box, as are reminders. The problem seems to be isolated to our little X13 box. No reminders, no on-screen Caller ID since these issues began last month. Past resets have not resolved. I have not yet tested any new reminders on the working set, since the reminder option has been relocated. I hope there are no new issues with that recent change. By the way, just for the record. Before I learned here of this issue, I chatted with a rep, and asked specifically if there were any known issues. He said no, which was obviously false. His immediate reposnse was to schedule a tech come out and replace our boxes! I declined, as I suspected it was something on the Xfinity end, but that is not good initial advice I was given.

@lauraloo88 Thanks for this update and the additional information. Upon initial review by our team, whule unfortuante and yes, needs to be fixed - your issue is unrelated to the earlier known issue and appears to be tied to a rate code to the specific boxes (a behind the scenes account correction is needee specific to those boxes).
Generally, the Reminders issue that was brought up in this thread has been resolved on our end.

We’ve completed our architecture update for reminders and also did a review of our general reminder health our systems seem healthy overall.
If others have some specific examples for reminders that aren’t showing, we can do some additional research.
Example - Reminder for Situation Room on Tuesday 5/26 didn’t go off.
If we can pinpoint some cases we can dig a deeper dive to see what went wrong with those specifically.
