Scheduled Recordings not Showing in Scheduled Page for Saved X1 TV Recordings

I have recordings scheduled. I can see them in the Guide. Many are series recordings and I can see they show the multiple dots on the program to indicate that the record is set for the series.

However, in the Scheduled screen on my X1, nothing shows up. I had a program scheduled for last night, it looked fine in the guide with the series recording showing on it but it didn't show in the Scheduled screen. When it came time to record it, it did not record. Looking at it in the Guide, again, it was then showing as Canceled for the recording.

This only started happening, yesterday. I have gone through a few of the shows I have scheduled, they look fine, but I go through the steps to schedule them to record and that is what it takes to get them to show up in the Scheduled screen.

I tried restarting my X1 box and that did not fix the problem. What happened? Can I do something to get all the recordings back without manually adding them all back in?

In the Scheduled panel, if you go to the Priority sorting, you can see what I think is the list of everything you've ever set for recording and can look through that to see if you've missed a show. It's time-consuming if you've had your DVR for a while and set it to record a lot of shows in that time, but it's the only thing I found to help you but you're just reading it - there's nothing in there where you can click on the items to do anything with them.

For the future, it would be then nice to be able to delete items on that list so it's easier to go through, especially since some items will never again be playing, once the series is over. I did have a cable service in another city that allowed you to cull your list, that way, and it was a nice feature that occasionally came in handy.

Hey @geo6, thank you for reaching out on our forums. We apologize you missed your show and I'd love to help get the scheduling fixed. Did all of your series disappear from the scheduling page or just specific ones?

All of them. I had to add them all back in, individually.

Got it!  Thanks so much for clarifying.  When this occurred, did you encounter any error messages or error codes on your screen?

This is happening to me also.  I am not sure if the program is also available on a streaming service or not (Seinfeld on the comedy channel for example also available on Netflix)

Hey there, user_7c42dd

Are you able to add them back like the OP did in this thread? Make sure that all your equipment is secured connection wise as well. I would unplug and replug all connections to see if that helps too.

I no longer work for Comcast.
