Remote LED issue
Hello, I went to turn on the tv. However the Xfinity remote has a red light on the Allpower button. It won't go off. I followed the troubleshooting directions, all the cables are connected correctly. I too received a message saying "we couldn't reach your box."

moved your off-topic reply on another thread to its own thread. If you pull one battery for 3 minutes and reinstall does that fix the problem?

Hey @user_ebd952, thank you for reaching out to us on our forums. To make sure I'm help on the right remote, is it one of the black ones with the rounded ends? It might have a label on the back saying XR2.
