@rolandi4 We want to ensure that you are always informed with your services, and are here to help! All of our new plans do come with 20 hours of Cloud DVR service included automatically. However, you do still have the option to add on DVR service separately. While it can be different depending on your exactly location, typically you will see 150 hours of DVR storage with our standard service, 300 hours with Premium DVR, and an additional 150 hours for each extra DVR box you have in the home since each box has its own dedicated storage. Did you recently make a plan change and no longer have DVR services included?
