Dvr hour downgrade

I recently downgraded my service because my bill went from $235 to $288. My dvr package was 500 hours it went to 150, now its saying 20 hours. At no point did the agent I talked to say my dvr recording plan was going to go to 20 hours. After 30 years, yes 30 years, with comcast, I can no longer handle their horrible service and constant price hikes.

Yes incredibly poor service practices! No notification and suddenly dvr only has 20 hours of storage! Crazy business!
