Keep getting error code 3205. This is starting to happen nightly. What’s the problem?

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3pbYPR7
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

@XfinityPeterH I did this and had an Xfinity tech visit our home. He changed the cable from their outside cable box to the house. Checked all the tv connections and all was good. STILL CAN’T GET 1883 or MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN to load. Also tried to cancel Paramount Plus but cannot find a way to get that done either. So if someone here can tell me how to cancel I would be happy. I’m pissed.
Hi guys, I have been paying xfinity extra for paramount plus for a while and now come to find out I can not watch the new 1883 show. Episode 1 worked but ep 2&3 errors with restricted. I have spent many hours in chat with both Amazon and Xfinity. They both say it is Amazons fault and Xfinity says it is Amazon's fault. I reached out to Paramount no relpy!!!!!! Here is what I found in the forums We added Paramount Plus channel to our Prime Video channels and have tried to watch 1883 and Evil both of which tell us there are limits as to the devices on which these programs can be viewed. We stream Prime Video thru our Xfinity X1 box. Thank you.

I paid for a year of Paramount + just to watch 1883. I can play Mayor if Kingston on my primary X1 box, but it just says error, try again later on my box trying to play 1883. It will play on my phone so it has to be the cable box. I’ve restarted the modem, unplugged the box and refreshed the box. None of which worked. Very disappointed with xfinity on this one.
Can’t get Paramount Plus to load series
I signed up for this service to watch 1883 and Star Trek Disovery. Not only is the response time ( more than) extremely slow when trying to navigate, but i get errors every time an episode ends and a new one tries to start. I have to completely exit the app, open it again, and then the next episode will play.
For a paid service, first impressions here are not good.
Having the same problem with error codes. Can't finish 1 episode. First impressions are not good. Going to cancel my subscription .
I just got a new DVR from Xfinity because Paramount+ is not loading, I can't even get a real error code. All I get is Error Code: -
Paramount+ hasn’t worked through xfinity TV for myself in 2 weeks. The app works fine on my phone and tablet. It’s clearly an xfinity TV issue. I’ve been troubleshooting this almost daily and reaching out with no resolve. Considering this app costs money, I’m pretty pissed off. No error code at all. Just “Error Code- “ every time I try to load any shows/movies.
Hi, @user_b51e60. I am sorry for the hassle. The X1 box you have(XG2) currently does not work on the box you have and we are working with Paramount on a fix. I would be happy to keep an eye on it and follow up.
