My List Add Button Missing
I use My List to manage all my shows on X1. Recently, the + icon to add shows to My List is not available on programs when on the X1 box.
The only way I have been able to add stuff is in the Xfinity Stream app. Any idea why the cable boxes are suddenly not displaying the My List add or remove button?

As of this evening the Add to My List button is now showing on X1 again.

Hey there, Tek, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the list add button. Do you know when you noticed the button was missing? Have you tried restarting the box at all since it has been missing to push through any updates that might resolve the issue?

Reboot doesn't add it back. It's only missing on certain shows. It's random as to what shows it is missing it showing on X1..

Thanks for confirming Tek and trying that reboot to see if there have been any updates! I did a deeper look into this issue, and I am showing there is a known issue reported for this concern. Hi, I’ve noticed the same issue where the add to My List button is not available. It appears to be all shows and has been happening for at least a week.

It's is now impacting all shows.
The only workaround is to update your list on the Xfinity Stream App. I still see the check mark on the Stream App.

Feb 4 & still no + or check-marks next to many random programs/movies.
Some of us don't have the stream app & don't won't to download it.
We're paying for this feature as part of the package & it's now months since it's been defective w/ no statement on the website or otherwise as to where the problem lies, which we deserve, instead of just "We're working on it."
Might it have anything to do w/ the new wi-fi/streaming boxes, Arris Gtv4 or Xi6, which we had installed when this problem began? Have they looked into that, or if it's across all models of cable boxes? Just a thought if they haven't explored that variable as a cause.
