I seem to have a live tv delay when watching games on my X1. Channels are fox cbs ESPN just to name a few.

Hello, @user_D_Love! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the audio delay. We definitely want to get this issue resolved and understand it would make watching difficult. Are you listening to the channels using the TV speakers, a Bluetooth device, or a receiver or sound bar? Is your TV box connected to the TV with an HDMI cable, coax cable, or some other type of cable?
I mean the video is delayed. So for example friends of mine that are watching a game are further ahead then my TV service. Was wondering if there is something that could be done to fix this
Yes, we can send that to you, @user_D_Love. You also can send the signal using the troubleshooting section of the Xfinity My Account app. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:• Click "Sign In" if necessary• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window• Press Enter to send your message
Thanks for getting back to me, @user_D_Love. I better understand now. The touchdown happens and your friends start cheering, but you don't see it for another few seconds. Have you tried to send a refresh signal to your equipment to reset the connection between our equipment and yours? Have you tried any other steps, so I don't have you repeating anything you may have tried previously?
@XfinityRay I have not tried the refresh would you be able to do that for me?
