I was just sent a PX013ANM as an ‘upgrade’ replacement
I was just sent PX013ANM as an ‘upgrade’ replacement to my current MX011AN, but there are 4 year old posts on the Forum from people asking to trade in this same model for a new one. Why was I sent antiquated ‘upgrade’ equipment and how do I get an actual upgraded model STB? I also read on the forum that there is virtually no difference between my current MX model and the PX ‘upgrade’.
I want to feel special, Comcast, not like the redheaded stepchild who gets threadbare hand-me-downs.
