I was just sent a PX013ANM as an ‘upgrade’ replacement

I was just sent PX013ANM as an ‘upgrade’ replacement to my current MX011AN, but there are 4 year old posts on the Forum from people asking to trade in this same model for a new one. Why was I sent antiquated ‘upgrade’ equipment and how do I get an actual upgraded model STB?  I also read on the forum that there is virtually no difference between my current MX model and the PX ‘upgrade’. 

I want to feel special, Comcast, not like the redheaded stepchild who gets threadbare hand-me-downs.

This page does not have a chat icon so how do we request an upgrade.  The chat bot just has me going around in circles w/o any solution.

I too have a very old PX013ANM and somehow the system says I have the latest :(

I love how easy that remote makes it to navigate the X1 system and find cool features on the box you're unaware of just by saying a general command!
