@DreamSayerZ Thanks, Yes going through Safari, it lets me sign in and everything, but no picture just sound. This works on all our other older mac's, (2019)
@BillsMBP16 What version of Safari are you using on your M1? I have an older MacBook Air Mid 2012 and Safari 15.2. Checked and no issues with Stream. However, last weekend for 3 days was unable to login, and magically it was fixed. Obviously was an Xfinity issue. I didn't have any problems using Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Did you check if one of those other browsers work? At least you can confirm if a Safari only issue.
BTW, my MBAir is still working great for my needs. However, looking forward to upgrading to the M platform in the future! :-)
I am experiencing the same problem - I open the Xfinity website > Live TV > and select a channel to watch. The channel loads, but I get audio only, no video.
My system:
2020 Macbook Pro M1
Safari 15.3
I can watch Xfinity channels on Firefox and Google Chrome.

Welcome to our community forum, @user_0047d0! I love using the stream site so I'd be frustrated if it wasn't working. We'll work with you here until we get to the bottom of this. Is your operating system up to date? Is your browser up to date?

@user_7f52b7 I would like to gather more information concerning your specific account to look further into what is causing this to happen.
Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address?

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
@XfinityBilly I tried your recommendation with negative results. I can view Xfinity using Firefox and Safari, but not Chrome. Probably a chrome issue?
It very much could be if you are noticing an issue with only the Chrome browser. Can you confirm that you are using the most up to date version of Chrome?

Seems like this is a long standing problem that has no fix. I am trying to watch the NBA finals tonight -- works fine on my iPhone. On MacBook Pro, no dice on Chrome, on Safari, only sound no picture.
@Wroxcook Is Safari the current version? Chrome? What release of macOS do you have and your MacBook Pro? Have you tried it with Firefox browser? Also try shutting down your Mac, wait 10 seconds and restart if you have an M1.
all updates have been installed firefox chrome and safari macbook is updated works on FF not chrome or safari
I would think by now you xfinity employees would have read the forums and know what we as customers have told you and stop with the repetitive questions

Are you accessing the Xfinity Stream web site? Where are you not receiving video from? Need more details on what exactly you are trying to do.
