Everywhere I check it says that option is either on the "Checking Voicemail" tab or on the "Call Forwarding" tab under "Advanced Call Forwarding", but on that tab it says"This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding."

Have had 2 techs out; 4 new cable boxes; new modem; new hdm1 cords; checked outside & inside wiring replaced TV & still my DVR is Pixeling & acting weird including not recording the entire program. The DVR does work in my bedroom but my Mom wants to watch her recordings in the living room & becuz of

When I create an Xfinity ID with my SSID, DOB, and phone number it says "This information doesn't match our records" Is there a way I can contact somebody to solve this?
