favorite tv shows not showing in favorite menu

I have several tv shows flagged as a favorite and have record set on them as well. The problem is if you Now go to the Favorite tv show menu a good portion of them are Not Listed even though the tv show is scheduled to record a future episode? I have 18 Favorite shows listed on the favorite page/menu but I actually have 26 favorites and they Do Show Up in my scheduled recordings?

Hey @user_b4b9b1! Thank you so much for reaching out to us here over our Forums platform. I am sorry for my confusion, did you mean that not all your favorite shows are appearing on your list but they are all set to be recorded?

As I pointed out I have the exact same issue as the other customer I have several favorites that do not show up in the favorites menu and I have recordings set that do not show up in the scheduled menu yet if you go to the TV Guide it shows that it is going to record in the future?

So, I want to make sure that I am 100% on the same page as you. You are only seeing about half of your favorites showing the the favorite guide itself. The recordings you have set don't show up in the scheduled but you can see that they are set to record on the guide?

Correct...and I can actually play a Non Showing Program if I use the Remote option on the Mobil App...I know Weird.
