espn not synching

Just ESPN (850/1206), audio is a good 10 seconds ahead of video, on all TVs in the house. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, was logging on here to ask the same thing.  Did 2 system refreshes, unplugged cable box for a good 30 minutes, tested TV speakers vs sound bar, etc...

@Cammby It must be a problem between ESPN and Xfinity and given the number of people who must be impacted, I am hoping that eventually Xfinity will notice (or someone will tough it out with their customer service, to bring it to their attention). Until it's fixed I guess I'll just stream it.

Hello rsdb97 thanks so much for reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums! Did this issue only occur during the live broadcast of the game, or is this issue constant on ESPN(850/1206)?

@XfinityAlfonso This is an issue for me, also. It has been out of sync for at least two full days. It’s only occurring on ESPN regular programming (my channel 850) I chatted with a rep last night who simply told me to reboot, which I’d already done. This issue appears to be between Xfinity and ESPN. The audio and video are about ten seconds apart.

@XfinityAlfonso Spent 1-1/2 hours on a chat doing all the things I had already done. Customer service refused (“I can’t “) to forward to tech as a problem between Xfinity and ESPN. No resolution. Going on 3 days now.

@XfinityAlfonso Thanks for your reply.  It is fixed, at least for me, for me since yesterday morning, but others can chime in. It impacted all programming, including ads, not just live games.

This has been an issue for well over 24 hours. It’s ridiculous.

This issue is not fixed. Audio and video still about 10 seconds apart, only  on ESPN.
