Why does it seem like it's impossible to accomplish this? We never want to use this and just want it gone. We've had a few calls that never rang through - just had one this morning - and went straight to Xfinity voicemail.

I need to end my internet services immediately. I've tried to get in contact with xfinity on a handful of occasions to try to get this done over the last several, several months. Today, I tried again. I was directed to the callback scheduling page, and after several attempts, the webpage errors out

I truly believe this is part of their corporate guidance. I know absolutely nothing about designing a website and surely can't do any worse with my programming knowledge.  Can't fathom how a cable giant/ISP has such a horrific online experience

This conversation will end with “we’ll see if there’s any discounts we can give you for now” then they’ll try to sell you their cellphone service and ultimately nothing will change. I recommend switching internet providers.

Cable has gotten more and more useless and costs far too much for the amount of commercials that you're subjected to. Comcast raising bills yet again, further gouging their customers as if they don't do that enough already, has motivated me to cut the cord.

I've been trying for MULTIPLE years to try to cut my [Edited: "Inflammatory"] bill and it never seems possible. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] reps almost suggest adding this or that. I want to get rid of the utterly useless phone line, but again, the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] service reps say that doing s

The website, of course, shows zero outages for my location; however, no access to e-mails that were placed in the trash, but they were in there for a reason, so don't need them. The INBOX e-mails are gone too and those ARE very much needed.

But then again, I'm sure we'll all get a nice credit for work and/or time missed due to this outage.

A simple text explaining the current situation to all consumers - at least those that have provided a cell number for billing or notifications, etc. - may have been the correct choice here?
