DVR won’t fill play General Hospital Episodes

Hi, I record and watch General Hospital each day and sometimes the stream from the DVR works perfectly and other days, like today, it plays a quarter of the episode and then sound cuts out and the video tells me I’ve reached the end of the episode.

This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve had  a tech come to my house 3x and replace the box with no actual solution working. I can’t seem to get the help I need to fix this problem because it is annoying that this is a recurring issue when I pay so much for cable service.

Can someone from Xfinity please help me figure this issue out? Thanks.

If you are still impacted, please send us a DM with your name and address. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

I am still having this issue ---I have changed out my DVR 3 times.
