dvr will no longer series record a single show

Court TV (channel 1191 in SE MI) has three sessions of the show daily back to back starting at 9 am and running until 7. All are called 'Court TV Live'. Up until recently I could series record all three daily episodes. Now I can't even series record one but can do other series recording on the same channel.  I have unplugged the DVR, did both a restart and refresh and it doesn't work on either of my TVs or in the online streaming option.  Troubleshooting is useless because it just asks me to do the same things I already did and the both doesn't have an 'other' option. So far this is the only series that I'm aware there is an issue with.

@madmad1 Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us on our Xfintiy Forums for help with the DVR schedule. I'm sorry that it's not recording all the show as you would like. I would love to help out and make sure that all programs you want recorded are recorded. 

I checked out the current programs on Court TV, and it's showing that it is airing a repeat program that was first aired on 7/22. It's possible that the series recording settings is preventing the programs from being recorded if the series setting is set to New Episodes only. Can you check that setting for me please? This link offers the steps to record a series and where to check your recording options.

@XfinityPaula​ I should have mentioned I also tried this and it didn't work.  I just did again and it still doesn't work.

When you have a moment, try canceling the series recordings then set them back up. Let us know when you have completed that.

How can I cancel the series recording when it won't let me set up a series recording of this show?  I tried again and it still won't let me.
