Dvr not recording Jan 2025

As of 2 days ago my dvr will not record. Looking at posts I am not alone. When will this be fixed?

it took me 2.5 hrs of troubleshooting/phonemenu/chatbot before finally getting a comcast rep who called me and took 3 min to say “it looks like the whole state of Florida has dvr issues. we’ll text you about it in 24 hrs.”

Same issue here, no 2025 DVR shows listed.  At least you got to talk to someone! Lol

You've knocked on the right door in virtual land. Over social media, we are a team of experts who specialize in resolving DVR concerns such as this. We can help. Are you able to confirm if this is happening on more than one set top box? Would you mind also checking for an “Internet” badge on the program you're attempting to record. The “Internet” badge would say internet near the description of the program. Does the program contain an “Internet” badge?

I am having issues here in Savannah, GA area as well, several friends report same issue.  Not recording and shows that I have no scheduled recordings for the next 14 days which is not the case.  Chat said they're working on it so we shall see.

I’m having the same issues in NH on all boxes. I’m reset them and nothing works. Based on the forum seems no reason to call into support as it doesn’t seem they have an answers. How long is this going to take to get these issues resolved. I’m paying for a DVR service, I can’t use.
