DVR not playing entire program
Some programs on my DVR have been exiting the show early. For instance, it shows a 30 minute recording but exits out at 25 minutes. The bar across the bottom still shows 5 minutes left but I can't get it to play past minute 25.

Change Recording Start or Stop Time

@ComcastThomasF: Why would you copy and paste https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-modify-the-recording-time-of-a-program? Why not just link to that article?

Hi there, @userjms, thanks for reaching out and that is definitely strange that your DVR will record for the full 30 minutes but only allow you to watch for the first 25 minutes of the program. This must be related to a hardware issue on the device itself since you mentioned you don't have any problems with the cloud storage portion itself. The issue isn't that the entire program has recorded. I have a roughly 30 minute recording for a 30 minute program. The problem is that it will only play to minute 25 of the recording and exit out as if the program was over, when the time bar still shows 5 minutes left. If I try to stream from the cloud from a different device (not my cable box), it seems to let me watch the whole program, so the whole program is there, it's just not playing through on my cable box.

I have the same problem but it only plays about 5 minutes of the program.
