Cannot pause live TV for more than 25 minutes when I used to

I had a great DVR, had an issue with it, now have exchanged it for a different one.  The exchange process went great!

My old DVR would pause a live program for 60 minutes.  My new one will only pause for 25 minutes.  Found out the new box is a "Cloud based" DVR.  The reaction time from the remote is slower.  I really like the way the old DVR box worked - it was an actual DVR with a hard drive.

I've called in to Xfinity 2 times.  First time he rebooted my box, PROMISED that would fix my problem.  It did not.

Called in again, was told "this is a known issue and the technical staff is working on that issue."  

Doing some research, I see there still is a box that pauses for 60 minutes, but I don't think my local store has it.

How can I get a box that pauses live TV for 60 minutes?

Hello @user_cff4dc we definitley want to ensure that your box is working properly! All of our DVR equipment would have access to 60 minutes of pause time. Here is a post with a really helpful breakdown of the pause time from Brie, can you give the response a look and let me know if this helps answer your question? Or, are you experiencing something different from that description?
