Blue screen with pace ABL message

My internet is working but my main cable box is showing a Pace ABL V1.18 message saying preparing your box for new software. Can anybody help

Hello @user_46cae3 and thank you for your post. Having issues with your TV equipment would frustrating and never something we want you to deal with. I know how upset I would be if I was having this issue. Rest assured you are in good hands with our team of experts to work alongside of you each step of the way.

 

Did you equipment update with its new software yet?

NOPE, still on the blue screen. Did a chat on the xfinity site and they are suppose to be sending another box out by UPS on Monday , to switch out the one I have.

Hello @user_46cae3, thank you for taking the time to get back to us with the update. I am happy to hear you were able to work with our amazing Xfinity chat counterparts and they were able to send you out a new box to swap out the one that is not working.

 

I know it's frustrating to not be able to use your service and the new box should resolve everything for you! Let us know if you still have the issue when you swap the box out and we can further assist if needed!
